Telford Fishing and Hunting Clan
Melanie, Laetitia, Sue, GT & Alex

The waters are open and the trout are healthy.
Speaking of Healthy, so is the Telford clan. The clan has expanded by one.

The local high school has foreign students living in our area to learn English. Alex from Germany is living with us for one year and already Alex has obtained his gun licence, rides the ATV and counts bunnies in his sleep.

Laetitia also secured her gun licence and is shooting at our local Clay Shooting Club representing her High School. She has clocked up 14 hours of Glider flying and Laetitia has grasped the concept of hunting, fishing and flying. Laetitia will embark on the next phase of life at the end of 2016, off to College or Career, stay tuned.

Melanie will begin her senior NCEA qualifications at high school this year with 3 years remaining at school. Mel is competing in high school triathlon and team multi sport competition this summer and then back into the field hockey representation squad for the U18’s.

2016 SCI Annual Hunting Convention, Las Vegas

GT and SUE attended the SCI Annual Hunting Convention 3-6 February 2016 in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. This event reminds me of school reunions because I see many of you and catch up on the news. 12 months does not take long to go round. Thanks for introducing us to your hunting buddies.

We were in Booth 1921 and we hope to retain that location so that if you are passing Las Vegas for 1-4 February 2017, then stop in to the SCI Show and visit us. And I promise the carpet will not be there! See you there!
